The meaning of CHAOS is not actually a bad thing. It's definition is 'a ​state of ​disorder and ​confusion'. CHAOS, also indicating ENERGY and MOVEMENT of matter, So, CHAOS is actually something that ALWAYS exists at different levels inside of us, and all around us!
It's a PLAY ON WORDS, sometimes, something people may refer to as 'I have had enough of this chaos' ...so TOTAL CHAOS is a PLAYFUL term, representing our most extreme feelings and emotions that build up and we have to learn to ENJOY the energies we have as best as we can!!
